10 Days, 10 Ways Matt Bevin Lied to Kentucky:
Bevin Isn't "Positive"
FRANKFORT, KY -- Matt Bevin has spent his campaign proving exactly why Republicans called him an 'East Coast Con Man' and a 'Pathological Liar.' That's why each day for 10 days, the Kentucky Democratic Party is highlighting the top 10 reasons why Kentuckians cannot trust Bevin to be governor.
Today's reason: Bevin lied about running a "positive campaign."
In a new interview with WFPL, Bevin reached new heights of negative vitriol, calling three of Kentucky's leading political journalists an "embarrassment." And in their race rating shift today towards Attorney General Conway, Larry Sabato's Crytal Ball wrote that Bevin is "one of the most argumentative candidates we can remember."
"Matt Bevin has spent his campaign lying to Kentuckians and proving why even Republicans called him the 'East Coast Con Man,'" said David Bergstein of the Kentucky Democratic Party. "The anger, vitriol and delusional dishonesty that Kentuckians have seen from Bevin throughout the course of his campaign make it completely clear that he does not have the temperament to lead. It's all just more proof why Kentuckians simply do not trust a 'Pathological Liar' like Bevin to be governor."
In case you missed them, here's reason 10, reason 9, reason 8, reason 7, reason 6, reason 5, reason 4 and reason 3 voters don't trust Bevin.
